Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a VP, Group Retirement Platform Management to own the multi-year roadmap for core recordkeeping and adjacent retirement solutions. You will partner with IT, operations and sales to align platform capabilities with business goals and regulatory requirements, translating ERISA and DOL rules into scalable, automated solutions.

You will lead a team, manage a backlog, and shape product positioning across channels to drive client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services, specifically retirement services.
• 5+ years in platform management, SaaS, fintech, or defined-contribution recordkeeping.
• Deep familiarity with retirement data structures (plans, cohorts, contributions, rollovers) and compliance rules.
• Hands-on experience with agile planning tools.
• Proven ability to manage teams, develop talent, drive change and influence stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with growth mindset.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analyses clearly to senior leaders.
• Culture carrier and both team leader and team player.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year roadmap and feature backlog for core recordkeeping and adjacent solutions.
• Partner with IT and operations to build scalable, event-driven data models and robust third-party payroll/sponsor integrations.
• Translate complex ERISA and DOL regulatory shifts into automated solutions designed to maintain compliance and meet client needs.
• Collaborate with IT, operations and transformation teams to build business cases and deliver strong client and business outcomes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Consultant Relations to launch new platform capabilities and define product positioning.
