Job summary
Corebridge Financial is seeking a VP, Group Retirement Platform Management to own the multi-year roadmap for core recordkeeping and adjacent solutions. You will drive platform capabilities, partner with IT/operations for scalable data models and strong third-party integrations, and translate ERISA/DOL shifts into automated, compliant solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with execution, owning cross-functional roadmaps to meet market demands and deliver client acquisition
Qualifications
- 10+ years in financial services, retirement industry.
- 5+ years in platform management (SaaS/fintech/recordkeeping).
- Deep familiarity with retirement data structures and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with agile planning tools.
- Proven skill in leading teams and managing change.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CS, or Business.
Responsibilities
- Own the multi-year roadmap for core recordkeeping and adjacent solutions.
- Partner with IT/operations for scalable data models and payroll/sponsor integrations.
- Translate ERISA and DOL shifts into automated, compliant solutions.
- Collaborate with IT/operations/transformations to build business cases and deliver outcomes.
- Coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Consultant Relations to launch capabilities and define positioning.
