Job summary

Lincoln Financial is seeking a VP, RPS Investment & Wealth Products to lead strategy and drive product innovation for IRA’s, collective investment trusts, and mutual funds within the Retirement Plan Services portfolio.

You will collaborate with senior management to align value propositions with Lincoln's brand and strategic direction, while expanding into new markets and managing risk across the product line.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in retirement product development/strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to gain collaboration among management and peers.
• Strong relationship management with internal clients.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams aligned to strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead department or multiple teams and drive department goals.
• Influence across areas to shape strategic initiatives.
• Identify IRA and investment products to grow revenues.
• Set priorities, direct performance, and develop talent.
