The role oversees defined-contribution plans, fiduciary governance, and vendor management, reporting to senior leadership in a hybrid work environment. Strong actuarial/finance background is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare space with employer-sponsored programs.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with cross-functional partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of defined-contribution plans and related funding matters.
• Experience translating actuarial and financial analysis into executive recommendations.
• Experience managing recordkeepers, actuaries, trustees and investment advisors.

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year strategy for retirement savings and financial resilience programs.
• Design healthcare solutions for a diversified global workforce.
• Own DC plan design, employer contributions and outcomes.
• Design approaches for populations with different earnings and literacy.
• Oversee defined-benefit exposure, funding and fiduciary governance.
• Coordinate international benefit obligations with cross-functional teams.
• Lead actuarial valuations and trust governance and reporting.
• Drive vendor performance and participant service experiences.
• Maintain governance practices for actuarial and accounting areas.
• Partner with governance, legal and labor relations on fiduciary matters.
