• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare space with employer-sponsored programs.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of defined-contribution plans, multiemployer, trusts, funding and financial-reporting matters.
• Experience translating actuarial and financial analysis into executive recommendations.
