This leader will oversee defined-contribution and defined-benefit plans, multiemployer obligations, trusts, actuarial governance and financial reporting.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare space, with deep expertise in employer-sponsored healthcare programs.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success leading teams, strategic initiatives and cross-functional partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of defined-contribution plans and working knowledge of defined-benefit, multiemployer, trust, funding and financial-reporting matters.
• Demonstrated experience translating actuarial and financial analysis into executive recommendations.
• Experience managing recordkeepers, actuaries, trustees, investment advisors and other material vendors.
• Exceptional financial acumen, risk judgment, governance discipline and executive communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set the multi-year strategy for retirement savings, retirement readiness, emergency savings and financial-resilience programs.
• Design healthcare solutions for a diverse workforce across studios, parks, productions, news, sports and international businesses.
• Own defined-contribution plan design, employer contributions, investments, recordkeeping and communications.
• Oversee funding obligations, actuarial valuations and trust governance.
• Manage vendors and governance, track readiness and outcomes.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance and Fiduciary Affairs on fiduciary governance and plan documentation.
