Job summary

Midnite, a next-generation sports betting and gaming platform, is seeking a Lead global CRM/Retention professional within Growth. You will own the strategy across lifecycle, live ops and loyalty, setting retention across activation, engagement and reactivation.

You will build alignment across Product, BI and Growth teams, leveraging iGaming CRM and casino expertise to optimize LTV, experiments and reward efficiency, driving growth through retention programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• CRM and retention strategy experience in iGaming or similar.
• Experience with activation, engagement, reactivation lifecycle stages.
• Ability to collaborate with Product, BI and Growth teams.
