Responsibilities

• Lead retail growth strategy across branches, contact center, and development efforts.
• Build a consultative sales and service culture.
• Develop leaders through coaching, performance management, and development.
• Expand presence in the community and develop new consumer/business relationships.
• Drive growth in deposits, loans, and business relationships with data-driven insights.
• Own the member experience across channels, ensuring consistency and service quality.
• Strengthen cross-functional partnerships to close referral gaps and grow wallet share.
