Job summary

EBAS Group is looking for a Retail Expansion Lead to drive the growth of a fast-growing consumer health and wellness brand entering a major retail phase. The successful candidate will manage retail P&L, close key accounts, and build a strong retail strategy from the ground up.

You’ll need over 10 years of retail/channel sales experience, including significant time in beverage or adjacent sectors. This exciting role offers flexibility and equity opportunities while contributing to national distribution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retail/channel sales, with 5+ years in beverage or adjacent better-for-you categories.
• Experience scaling an emerging brand to meaningful retail revenue.
• Current buyer relationships across national retailers.

Responsibilities

• Own retail P&L: drive revenue, margin, trade spend.
• Lead buyer meetings and negotiations.
• Build retail GTM from zero: channel plan and promo strategy.
• Manage trade spend and budget effectively.
• Drive in-store execution and merchandising.
