Job summary

RAW Nutrition is seeking an elite sales executive to lead protein foods growth across North America. You will own commercial strategy, secure new retail distribution, and design go-to-market architecture, including direct vs broker models and key account coverage.

You will report to Dom Iacovone and build a high-performance team. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in CPG sales leadership, proven success with national accounts, and deep relationships with senior buyers across major retailers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of CPG sales leadership experience.
• Existing relationships with senior buyers across major U.S. retailers.
• Experience managing national accounts.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Experience building distribution across Club, Mass, Grocery, Drug channels.

Responsibilities

• Building a commercial strategy from launch through national scale.
• Winning new retail distribution across major channels.
• Designing the go-to-market architecture — direct vs broker, distribution strategy, and key account coverage model.
• Hiring and leading the team to execute it.
• Developing annual customer plans and leading retailer negotiations.
• Managing broker relationships and building the national sales organization.
