Heritage Financial Credit Union in New York seeks a visionary Vice President of Retail Banking to guide the Retail and Business Banking network, Mortgage Sales, and Retail Training, reporting to the Chief Banking Officer. This senior leader will shape strategy, develop leaders, and build a community-focused, member-centric retail organization that delivers exceptional service and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications preferred.
• 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in financial services, with broad exposure to Retail Banking, Business Banking, and consumer lending.
• Experience presenting to Boards of Directors and working with regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail banking network strategy and performance.
• Direct Retail Training and development across the organization.
• Oversee Mortgage Sales and Business Banking initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to align retail, digital, and service delivery channels.
• Monitor market trends and community engagement to drive growth and member experience.
