This role provides strategic and operational guidance to senior leadership across the enterprise. You will ensure robust valuation practices, oversee statutory and GAAP reserves, and drive performance reporting, audits, and compliance with ASOPs and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in healthcare actuarial/analytics
• At least 5 years of leadership experience
• ASA and MAAA required; FSA preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial and analytics team for reserves and forecasting
• Provide strategic guidance to senior management
• Ensure compliance with ASOPs, regulatory standards, and GAAP
• Develop annual budgets and manage costs
