Job summary

Responsibilities include expert consultative services, compliance with ASOPs and GAAP, and guiding budgeting, forecasting, and performance analyses across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare actuarial, financial forecasting, or trend analytics.
• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related field; ASA/MAAA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic actuarial and financial leadership to senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Lead reserves calculation and oversight to ensure GAAP and statutory compliance.
• Direct annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly outlooks with FP&A collaboration.
• Oversee trend analytics and translate data into actionable insights for strategy.
• Manage audits and regulatory reporting, with thorough documentation of methodologies.
