Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking an AVP, Insurance Reserving Actuary to lead quarterly and annual loss and LAE reserve analyses for Property & Casualty lines, evaluating reserve adequacy and supporting financial reporting.

The role partners with Finance, Claims, Underwriting, Reinsurance and Enterprise Risk Management to translate reserve results into actionable insights for senior management, auditors and regulators. Primary location: Warren, NJ.

Qualifications

ACAS designation or equivalent actuarial expertise.
10+ years actuarial experience, incl. P&C reserving.
Strong understanding of US P&C reserving methodologies and practices.
Experience supporting statutory, GAAP and management reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead quarterly and annual loss and LAE reserve analyses for P&C lines.
Support statutory, GAAP and management reporting on reserves and related disclosures.
Collaborate with Finance, Claims, Underwriting, Reinsurance and ERM on reserve insights.
Drive reserving process improvements and automation initiatives.
Mentor actuaries and junior analysts in reserving methodologies.
