TALISMAN seeks a Vice President of Project Finance to lead the financing of utility-scale renewable energy projects from initial capital outreach through financial close, based in Durham, NC, with a hybrid work schedule.

This senior, hands-on role requires transaction judgment, leadership of associates, and close coordination with development, legal, tax and accounting teams to move complex financings to close.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in renewable energy project finance or related field.
• Experience leading transactions to financial close.
• Experience with tax equity and/or project debt in the U.S. market.
• Strong judgment under tight timelines and competing priorities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Responsabilités

• Own the full transaction lifecycle for utility-scale renewables financings from strategy to closing.
• Lead tax equity, debt and other project-level capital transactions across a multi-year development pipeline.
• Make commercial decisions on financing structure, risk allocation and execution strategy.
• Coordinate with development, legal, tax, accounting, and engineering teams.
• Manage external counsel and other transaction advisors and provide updates to senior leadership.
