Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Vice President, Reliability Management System, North America, to establish, lead, and continuously improve the management system governing reliability across the NA portfolio. The role reports to the SVP, Enterprise Operational Excellence, North America, and leads through Directors and senior technical leaders in a federated model with Site Operations and Engineering functions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience at executive level in reliability/operational excellence
• Strong ability to define strategy, governance, and operating models for enterprise systems
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams including operations, maintenance, engineering, and design
• Track record of driving reliability improvements and risk management in mission-critical facilities

Responsibilities

• Own Reliability Management System Strategy and Operating Model.
• Define and own the North America RMS strategy, multi-year roadmap, target operating model and governance.
• Integrate RMS with operations engineering, reliability engineering, maintenance, telemetry, risk and performance learning.
• Define interfaces, escalation paths, and management mechanisms across RMS and partner functions.
• Set portfolio priorities and determine sequencing of capability development and standards deployment.
• Advise senior leadership on material reliability risks and investment requirements.
• Ensure RMS is scalable and fit for purpose as the North American portfolio evolves.
• Establish Enterprise Reliability Standards and Controls within RMS scope.
