Job summary
Nextpower is seeking a VP of Reliability to define and lead its global reliability strategy across all products and lifecycle phases. This senior leadership role will ensure that product performance, durability, and risk are fully understood, quantified, and actively managed in alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years in reliability engineering or related roles.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional technical organizations.
- Proven track record influencing executive-level product decisions and managing risk.
Responsibilities
- Define and deploy a global reliability strategy across design, validation, qualification, and field performance.
- Own executive-level assessment of product reliability risk for new products and major design changes.
- Balance tradeoffs between time-to-market, performance, warranty exposure, and brand impact.
- Position reliability as a differentiator in product strategy and customer value proposition.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive reliability programs, metrics, and continuous improvement.
