Job summary

Vantage seeks a Vice President, Reliability Management System (North America) in Denver to create and evolve the RMS strategy and operating model. You will set standards, governance, and content across reliability, maintenance, and assurance while guiding cross-functional teams through complex decisions.

You will lead a federated organization of Directors and senior engineers, own the RMS budget, and report on portfolio performance and risk. Hybrid in-office work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Reliability, Quality, Asset Management, or a related discipline.
• Typically 15+ years of progressive leadership in mission-critical data centers or similar environments.
• Experience building enterprise standards, governance, and assurance programs.
• Ability to translate telemetry and operating data into executive priorities and investments.

Responsibilities

• Define RMS strategy, governance, and operating model for North America.
• Lead standards, controls, and technical content for reliability programs.
• Sponsor portfolio priorities, investments, and cross-functional alignment.
• Develop leadership capability and succession within the RMS organization.
