Job summary

CLS Group seeks a Vice President, Regulatory Relations in Iselin, NJ, to lead regulatory activities with regulators and senior management. Hybrid onsite 2 days per week, offering a base salary of $150k–$165k plus variable pay and benefits.

You will oversee exams, remediation, filings, and KPI reporting, while coordinating across three lines of defense to ensure timely, compliant execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of regulatory or legal experience in financial services.
• Strong communication with regulators and senior leaders.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage large information volume.
• Able to work in a fast paced regulatory environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards.
• Subject matter expert in regulatory matters with business focus.
• Results driven with timely delivery and execution.
• Familiar with 3LOD framework and risk testing.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement with supervisory teams and oversight bodies.
• Manage end-to-end supervisory examinations and on-site reviews.
• Remediate supervisory findings, including responses and closures.
• Manage Regulation HH filings and continuous monitoring meetings.
• Develop consolidated Board and senior management reporting decks.
• Collaborate with three lines of defense on the review process.
• Lead risk and controls testing in Regulatory Relations.
