Job summary

CLS is seeking a Cyber Business Management leader in Iselin, NJ. This VP-level role reports to the MD, CISO US Services, on-site 2 days/week, with a base salary range of $165,000–$185,000 plus variable compensation and 401(k) match.

The role focuses on strategic alignment of CLS's IT Security Business Management function, governance reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to optimize security operations and budgeting across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years experience in business management, operations or program management.
• 4-5 years in a specialist cyber security or technology function.
• Experience in regulated environments and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Support workforce development initiatives with effective frameworks and security objectives.
• Provide advisory support for cybersecurity inquiries and communicate risk to senior management.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between IT Security and business units during BAU and projects.
• Coordinate procurement planning and IT security budgeting with oCIO and governance teams.
