Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a hands-on Vice President, Regional HR & Integration for the Mid Atlantic region in Philadelphia. You will lead the People & Culture agenda across multiple locations, partnering with operations, finance and talent acquisition to align workforce planning, coaching, and organizational design in a dynamic, distributed environment.

You will build and sustain field presence, develop leaders, and drive data‑driven workforce improvements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including leadership of senior HR professionals in a large, geographically dispersed organization.
• Demonstrated success supporting hourly, frontline or distributed workforces; multi-site services, hospitality, transportation, parking or adjacent operating environments strongly preferred.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with Operations leaders and frontline teams through regular field presence.
• Experience integrating field HR delivery with specialist capabilities such as employee relations, labor relations, employee services or shared services.
• Strong employee relations judgment and meaningful experience in complex labor environments.
• Ability to use workforce data to drive action while maintaining focus on the people behind the numbers.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 40–50%, with flexibility to respond to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional People & Culture operating model across LAZ regions and guide Regional HR Directors.
• Partner with Learning & Development, Total Rewards & Payroll and Talent Acquisition to drive a coordinated model.
• Strengthen manager coaching, workforce planning, organizational design, talent planning and performance management.
• Drive workforce outcomes by region in collaboration with Operations and Finance.
• Lead organizational integration for acquisitions, market entries and major changes.
• Develop succession and career pathways for regional HR leadership and clarify decision rights.
