Ladders, based in Chicago, IL, seeks a Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas to lead regional HR strategy and execution across the Americas in a large, matrixed industrial environment.

You will partner with regional leadership to strengthen workforce effectiveness, align with global priorities, and ensure day-to-day HR operations meet compliance standards while shaping the regional operating model.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership in complex orgs.
• Experience leading HR across multiple countries in the Americas.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor relations, and compliance.
