Live! Casino & Hotel in Maryland seeks a Vice President of Regional Marketing to lead loyalty programs, drive VIP engagement, and grow long-term value from our premier guests.

You will guide high-performing regional marketing teams, manage budgets, and develop programs that attract and retain players across markets, balancing strategic vision with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Seven to ten years’ experience in gaming, relationship marketing, and marketing.
• Experience in a Director position or higher.
• Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by regulatory entities or Live’s standards.
• Established book of business that is new to the company.

Responsibilities

• Assists with managing the budget for Regional Marketing.
• Provides tactical leadership for the Asian and Domestic host teams and reinforces improvement.
• Maximizes Host customer list value and focuses on high-value players.
• Develops programs to attract and retain VIP players across Live! properties.
• Manages ROI-focused programs for player attraction and retention.
• Develops and maintains open communications with peer groups across operations.
• Responsible for booking special entertainment events and promotions for VIPs.
• Assists in management of the department’s financial data.
• Reviews activities with the Senior Vice President of Player Development.
• Monitors performance relative to local competition.
