Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a senior leader to drive the branch administrative strategy across Linsco and L&S, overseeing regional leaders and partnering with senior executives. This role shapes enterprise activity and drives advisor satisfaction, growth, and operational excellence.

The VP will define national strategies, mentor senior managers, and lead cross-functional programs with a strong emphasis on talent development and client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services and/or wealth management.
• FINRA Series 7/66 required; Series 24 strongly preferred (or ability to obtain).
• 5+ years of experience leading large, distributed teams and developing senior-level talent.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the national strategy for branch administrative management across Linsco and L&S.
• Translate enterprise priorities into actionable goals for Regional Admin Managers and Branch Admin leaders.
• Serve as a senior advisor to Field Management leadership, shaping the future design of employee advisor models.
• Lead, mentor, and develop AVPs and senior managers to grow next-generation leadership talent.
• Establish talent strategies to attract, retain, and advance top administrative professionals across regions.
