LPL Financial is seeking a strategic VP-level Divisional Administrative Manager to lead the branch admin program across Linsco and L&S, uniting field leadership with corporate partners. Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services and/or wealth management.
FINRA Series 7/66 required; Series 24 strongly preferred (or ability to obtain).
5+ years of experience leading large, distributed teams and developing senior-level talent.
Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the national strategy for branch administrative management across Linsco and L&S.
Lead AVPs and senior managers to grow next-generation leadership talent.
Own the design, governance, and evolution of the branch admin program for scalability and efficiency.
Serve as senior liaison between advisors and the enterprise to align needs and outcomes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support recruiting, onboarding, and enterprise initiatives.
