Qualifications

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial services and/or wealth management.
FINRA Series 7/66 required; Series 24 strongly preferred (or ability to obtain).
5+ years of experience leading large, distributed teams and developing senior-level talent.
Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the national strategy for branch administrative management across Linsco and L&S.
Lead, mentor, and develop AVPs and senior managers to grow leadership talent.
Own the design, governance, and evolution of the branch admin program.
Serve as senior liaison between advisors and the enterprise to align needs.
