Norstella is seeking a VP, Strategic Accounts focused on Real‑World Data (RWD) to drive sales and adoption within high‑value life sciences accounts. You will engage senior executives, tailor solutions, and lead cross-functional effort to expand NorstellaLinQ across the customer base.

You will leverage deep RWD knowledge to position Norstella as a leader in data-driven decisions, collaborate with product and marketing teams, and travel 25–50% to meet clients and close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of strategic sales or account management experience in life sciences.
• In-depth knowledge of real-world data applications and analytics.
• Proven quota-carrying sales success and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and expansion of RWD capabilities at strategic accounts.
• Grow adoption of NorstellaLinQ with C‑level and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and customer success to meet client needs.
• Stay current on market trends and competitive activity.
• Identify and close new business opportunities within target accounts.
