Job summary

Ares Management Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President, Senior Full Stack Engineer to power the firm’s global credit investment platform through design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. Reporting to the VP, Credit Engineering Lead in New York, you will contribute directly to software delivery across frontend, backend, APIs, and data services.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 5–8 years of software engineering delivering enterprise applications.
• Experience with Agile development environments.
• Strong backend and frontend development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software solutions for credit workflows.
• Contribute across front-end, back-end, integration, and data layers.
• Build and maintain APIs, services, and user-facing applications.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and production support.
