Responsibilities

Provide hands-on engineering leadership for Real Estate Technology initiatives.
Lead development across deal management, underwriting, asset management, and reporting platforms.
Architect cloud-native solutions and microservices.
Ensures scalable, secure, and high-quality software delivery.
Partner with product, investment, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Drive modernization, CI/CD, and observability practices.
