Job summary

RXR, headquartered in New York, seeks a Vice President, Assistant Portfolio Manager to lead fund-level financial modeling, forecasting, and investor reporting across real estate private equity and debt funds. You will partner with acquisitions, asset management, capital markets, and accounting to optimize liquidity and performance.

The role requires at least 7 years in real estate finance, a finance or real estate degree, and exceptional modeling and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Expert-level financial modeling experience and ability to test models.
Strong Excel modeling capabilities and advanced PowerPoint skills.
Deep real estate private equity fund knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead design, architecture, and oversight of fund-level and investor-level financial models.
Forecast fund performance with scenario analyses, covenants, liquidity optimization, and deployment pacing.
Oversee fund cash management and covenant compliance.
Oversee annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and portfolio reviews.
Drive portfolio analytics including hold/sell, refinancing, and benchmarking insights.
Understand fund partnership agreements, waterfall mechanics, and joint ventures.
