Job summary

RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA), a division of RCLCO, seeks a Vice President for Investments & Portfolio Management. Based in Chicago, DC, or other major markets, the role focuses on underwriting, evaluating opportunities, and managing client relationships for large institutional investors.

The position requires 9–13+ years of experience and a strong background in real estate finance. Hybrid schedule with office presence optional and flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics or related field with demonstrated interest in quantitative analysis

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new investments for institutional investors across multiple property types and locations, reviewing cash flow assumptions and preparing discounted cash flow models.
• Analyze investment opportunities in operating companies, separate accounts, venture funds, and programmatic joint ventures.
• Evaluate potential partners based on track records, strategies, pipelines, and management interviews.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Investment Committee and clients.
