Job summary

RXR is seeking an experienced accounting professional in New York to handle daily reporting for the management company and related structures. You will report to the AVP, Corporate Accounting and interact with auditors, treasury, acquisitions, tax and asset/portfolio teams.

The role emphasizes GAAP and performance reporting with opportunities on special projects. Responsibilities include complex reconciliations, month-end close, journal entries, cost allocations, and consolidation support.

Qualifications

• Experience with GAAP reporting and consolidated financial reporting.
• Proven ability to perform complex reconciliations and allocations.
• Experience supporting monthly/annual close and audit schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex reconciliations and allocations.
• Assist in monthly and annual close processes.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Conduct cost allocation analyses and variance explanations.
• Support GAAP and performance reporting for multiple entities.
• Coordinate consolidation schedules and intercompany eliminations.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, and management reporting.
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors.
