Job summary

RiverWest Partners is seeking an Associate Vice President or Vice President (dependent upon experience) to lead complex real estate development projects in Columbus, OH. The role reports to a Senior VP and requires strategic oversight from inception to opening, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to develop financial models and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Project Management – oversee development from vision through entitlements, due diligence, and approvals.
• Financial Management – manage budgets, proformas, cash flows, and ROI/IRR metrics.
• Reporting – prepare investment memorandums and track monthly budgets and forecasts.
• Design and Construction oversight to maintain schedule and budget.
• Due Diligence – assess sites, markets, risks, and regulatory requirements.
• Communications Management – coordinate meetings, stakeholder updates, and team mentoring.
