Job summary

ACES is expanding autism therapy access nationwide, seeking a Senior Director, Real Estate & Development to lead real estate strategy, site selection, lease negotiations, and portfolio management for a growing footprint of clinics. This role directs end-to-end development, including design, permitting, and turnover, while building scalable governance and cost controls.

The leader will partner with Operations, Clinical, Finance, Legal and IT to ensure compliant, timely openings across markets,

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in corporate or healthcare real estate and multi-site development.
• Proven ability to lead site selection, lease transactions, and capital planning.
• Experience delivering 15+ new locations per year in a growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop real estate and facilities strategy, roadmaps, budgets and reporting.
• Lead market planning, site searches, LOIs, lease negotiations, renewals and expansions.
• Own end-to-end clinic development including design, permitting and turnover.
• Build metrics, playbooks and governance to speed openings and control costs.
• Oversee facilities operations, compliance, risk, and landlord relationships.
• Coordinate with Operations, Clinical, Finance, Legal and IT for openings.
