ACES is seeking a Senior Director, Real Estate & Development to lead real estate strategy, planning, and portfolio expansion across a growing number of clinics. The role requires oversight of site selection, lease negotiations, design/construction, and facilities operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will drive governance, budgeting, and reporting with a focus on scalable growth and risk management, traveling up to 40-50% to markets and sites.

Formación

• 8+ years in real estate/facilities in multi-site environments.
• Experience leading site selection, lease transactions, and openings.
• Travel 40-50% with valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Develop real estate and facilities strategy, budget, and reporting.
• Lead market planning, site searches, due diligence, LOIs, and lease negotiations.
• Oversee clinic development from design to opening stabilization.
• Build dashboards, SOPs, and metrics for opening capacity and cost.
• Oversee facilities operations, maintenance, vendor performance, and safety.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for facilities and licensing.
• Manage dates, rent/CAM reconciliations, and portfolio risk.
• Coordinate with Operations, Clinical, Finance, IT, Legal, and People teams.
• Lead internal teams and external partners like brokers, architects, etc.
