Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Clinic Development Project Manager to lead the planning, design, permitting, construction, and setup of new clinics. This remote/hybrid role requires coordinating between operations, clinical leadership, real estate, and external partners to deliver on time and within budget.

Ideal candidate thrives in fast-growth healthcare settings, manages multiple projects, and communicates effectively with senior leadership and vendors while traveling monthly to clinic sites

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, construction management, or related roles.
• Ability to lift boxes (up to ~15 lbs) to assist in center setup.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Current Soar employees must be in good standing in their current roles.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Manage multiple clinic buildouts from lease through occupancy and handover to operations.
• Construction Management: Review schedules, pay apps, change orders, and close-out docs.
• Budget & Cost Management: Track budgets, estimates, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Setup & Opening Support: Coordinate FF&E, IT, and life-safety system installations; handover to operations.
