The GRE Finance Analytics team sits within the Chief Administrative Office's Finance & Business Management division. The team provides analytical coverage across the Firm's corporate real estate portfolio – spanning capital and expense planning, headcount and occupancy analysis, and portfolio scenario modeling – to inform strategic real estate decisions at the senior leadership level.
This VP-level role is a core analytical position within GRE Finance, responsible for translating complex, multi-dimensional real estate data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives.
