JPMorganChase's Global Real Estate Finance Analytics team seeks a Vice President to translate complex real estate data into actionable insights for senior leadership. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, financial analysis, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; able to frame ambiguous questions into rigorous analyses.
• Hands-on experience with scenario modeling and/or financial planning models.
• Proficiency working with large, complex, multi-source datasets.
• Ability to translate analytical output into clear strategic implications for non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience preparing executive-level materials.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in SQL and/or Python preferred.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Analytics: Conduct in-depth analyses across the GRE portfolio – integrating financial, headcount, and real estate metrics – to surface trends, risks, and strategic opportunities
• Scenario & Financial Modeling: Build and maintain scenario models covering portfolio occupancy, capital allocation, and expense planning to support real estate strategy and investment decisions
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to time-sensitive analytical requests from LOB partners and senior leadership, scoping and executing analyses with minimal direction
• Executive Reporting: Synthesize complex analyses into concise, high-impact presentations and materials for senior management consumption
• Data Infrastructure: Work with large, multi-source, and imperfect datasets; identify opportunities to improve data quality, analytical workflows, and modeling capabilities
