Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Senior RCM Leader to drive the day-to-day execution of revenue cycle activities across multi-site practices. You will partner with the CRO and RCM VPs to optimize performance, implement KPI-driven dashboards, and coordinate end-to-end RCM operations from patient access to payment posting.

You will lead a team of RCM leaders, develop a performance-based culture, and ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and payer requirements while supporting growth through practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in RCM, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-specialty revenue cycle functions required.
• Prior experience in supporting or leading RCM functions in a large organization is required.
• Experience supporting a growing MSO, large physician group, or PE-backed healthcare platform required.
• Experience integrating newly acquired practices into a centralized RCM function preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of all RCM functions with the CRO and RCM VPs to optimize performance.
• Develop, monitor, and communicate KPIs such as DSO, clean claim rate, denial rate, and cash collections; create dashboards for executive visibility.
• Embed KPIs into everyday RCM operations and drive improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end revenue cycle operations including patient access, prior authorization, coding, billing, and denial management.
• Oversee specialty workflows and stay ahead of issues to protect OneOncology operations.
• Lead team development and hire/train RCM staff to build a high-performance culture.
