Job summary

OneOncology is seeking an RCM Shared Service Supervisor to lead daily medical billing and collections operations across partnered oncology practices. You will oversee ICD10/HCPCS/CPT coding accuracy, authorizations, and denial management while driving KPIs and client satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll supervise a team, monitor workflows, provide training, and prepare performance reports for leadership. Experience in oncology billing and healthcare regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare RCM, preferably oncology.
• Strong knowledge of ICD10, HCPCS, and CPT coding.
• Proficient with medical billing software and Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Audit and post charges; ensure coding accuracy.
• Monitor accounts receivable and denial management.
• Lead team meetings and train staff.
• Prepare client and leadership reports.
