Job summary

HarbourVest Partners seeks a seasoned product leader to drive the digital product vision in a hybrid Boston role. You will own the product roadmap, work across Custom Solutions and Quantitative Investment Science, and collaborate closely with customers to validate needs and translate them into practical features.

You will lead end-to-end product development, mentor teams, and evangelize offerings. Strong background in investments, data analytics, and cross-functional leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Product Management / Development, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics.
• MBA or MA / MS in related fields preferred.
• 10+ years of digital product leadership in Investment or FinTech preferred.
• Experience in Private Equity, Alternative Investments, and/or Institutional Investors preferred.
• Familiarity with data science, quantitative modeling, and statistical techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Custom Solutions and Quantitative Investment Science teams to drive the digital product vision and roadmap.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from planning to execution and development of new products and features.
• Collaborate with internal teams and engage customers to gather insights and validate product assumptions.
• Translate customer needs into product capabilities with engineering teams.
• Serve as first line business development resource; evangelize products and drive releases with customers.
• Mentor the development team on product development practices and adoption strategies.
