You will drive product decisions by understanding customer journeys, prioritizing customer beliefs, and collaborating with Quantitative Investment Science teams. This role emphasizes action, discovery, and strong communication across senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years digital product leadership in Investment or FinTech preferred.
• Experience in Private Equity, Alternative Investments, and/or Institutional Investors preferred.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive the digital product vision.
• Define, document, and communicate clear feature requirements with design and engineering.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and issue resolution prior to launch.
• Engage with customers to gather insights and validate product assumptions.
• Translate customer needs into product capabilities with engineers.
