Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Strong knowledge of payments, receivables, and treasury products.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience managing delivery governance, risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog aligned to roadmap and value.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Public Sector payment initiatives from strategy to implementation.
• Partner with Product Management to develop and execute the roadmap and priorities.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Control.
• Establish governance, manage dependencies, oversee release planning and readiness.
• Monitor product performance, client adoption, operational metrics, and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Provide executive-level reporting, stakeholder management, and strategic recommendations.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance scalability, efficiency and client experience.
• Develop and mentor high-performing product delivery teams.
