Qualifications

• MBA required with 10+ years of leadership in value-based healthcare
• Strong self-authoring skills to define success with business acumen and point of view
• Ability to establish credibility with physicians quickly
• Proven track record influencing without direct authority
• Strong quantitative, analytical, or STEM foundation and experience
• Proven experience leading VBC performance across MA and commercial VBC models; MA experience required
• Strategic and operational duality: design long-term strategies while maintaining execution

• Self-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals

Responsibilities

• Set strategy for Catalyst's Value Based Care initiatives and align performance to priorities
• Build multi-year roadmaps to improve quality, patient experience, and cost effectiveness
• Lead with curiosity and champion innovation while removing barriers
• Cultivate relationships with providers, payers, and partners; influence decisions
• Ensure teams align with market trends, contract requirements, and value-based models
• Joint Venture Oversight for strategic partnerships including Agilon
• Lead P&L oversight and drive operational/financial performance across VBC contracts
• Establish KPIs for quality, risk adjustment, documentation, and cost of care
• Improve workflows and processes for efficient market operations
• Translate insights into action with analytics/clinical leadership
• Create a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Translate data into actionable performance improvements
• Guide providers in using VBC tools and resources for quality and cost gains
• Foster transparency and collaboration across an integrated environment
• Own the VBC budget and forecast staffing resources
• Ensure HIPAA, FWA, and licensure policy compliance
