Job summary

Samaritan Health Plans is seeking an experienced leader to advance provider performance management and network optimization. You will manage strategic provider relationships and lead complex performance initiatives, acting as a senior escalation resource for the Plan Performance operating model.

In this remote role, you will leverage analytics to drive improvements in payer programs and provider workflows, collaborating across cross-functional teams to achieve quality and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Informatics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in a healthcare payer, integrated delivery system, ACO, or value-based care environment.
• Proficient in Excel; skilled with Power BI or Tableau.
