A well-established, privately held commercial real estate firm is seeking their next Vice President of Property Management to lead a large, multi-disciplinary team across a diverse portfolio.

This role will serve as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for elevating performance across property management, maintenance, and service operations while ensuring a high-quality experience for tenants and ownership groups. This is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role with an organization known for long standing client relationships, operational consistency, and a strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive level leadership across a sizeable property management and service organization, including property managers, maintenance teams, and support staff
• Drive operational consistency, performance standards, and accountability across a multi asset portfolio
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and supervisors, fostering a high performance, team-oriented culture
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, portfolio performance, and long-term growth initiatives
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability across the portfolio
• Ensure strong tenant satisfaction and retention through high quality service delivery
• Serve as a key point of contact for ownership groups and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within commercial property management or a related service-based environment
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-layered teams across property management and field or service operations
• Strong business acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving financial performance
• Experience in third party property management environments strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to operate at both a strategic and leadership level, with less focus on day-to-day property operations
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Additional Context

• Oversight of a large team spanning property management, maintenance, and operational support functions
• Regional responsibility with light travel required
