Responsibilities

• Provide executive level leadership across a sizeable property management and service organization.
• Drive operational consistency, performance standards, and accountability across a multi-asset portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and supervisors, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, portfolio performance, and growth initiatives.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L across the portfolio.
