Huntington National Bank is seeking an Associate Director (VP level) to originate and execute project finance and infrastructure transactions across the US. The role involves leading structuring, modeling, due diligence, and presenting deals to credit groups, while building client relationships and expanding the PF&I practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in project finance and infrastructure.
• Experience building and working in financial models.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of project finance transactions across the capital stack, including construction financing and back-leverage term financing.
• Oversee analytical financial structuring and develop detailed financial models.
• Conduct due diligence (technical and legal/structuring) and present proposals to management and credit.
• Assist in prospecting new clients, creating marketing materials, and interfacing with internal product groups.
• Support ongoing management of booked assets and develop deal team leadership over time.
