Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Associate Director (VP level) to support originating and executing transactions within the project finance and infrastructure segment. The role encompasses the full spectrum of debt structuring for large-scale, capital-intensive projects including PPP/P3 in the US.

The AD will collaborate with MDs, Associates and Portfolio Managers to expand Huntington’s presence and lead deal execution, including construction financing and back-leverage terms, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or additional 4 years of experience.
• 5+ years experience in project finance and infrastructure.
• Experience building and working in financial models.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of project finance transactions across the capital stack, including construction financing and back‑leverage term financing.
• Perform analytical financial structuring and oversee detailed financial modeling.
• Assist in due diligence, presenting transactions to management and credit groups.
• Support ongoing management of booked assets and prospect new clients with marketing materials.
