Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking an Associate Director (VP level) to support originating and executing transactions within the project finance and infrastructure segment. The role covers a wide range of debt structuring for large-scale infra projects and PPPs, with potential to grow into deal-team leadership.

The AD will lead financial structuring, develop detailed models, assist with due diligence, and help manage booked assets while pursuing new clients and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or additional 4 years of experience.
• 5+ years experience in project finance and infrastructure.
• Experience building and working in financial models.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of project finance transactions across the capital stack, including construction and back-leverage financing.
• Oversee analytical structuring and detailed financial modeling.
• Assist in due diligence, presenting transactions to management and credit groups.
• Prospect new clients and develop marketing materials, interfacing with internal product groups.
